IceCream Sunscreen

IceCream Sunscreen

The numbers said people were arriving and not buying, so this was never a traffic problem. We rebuilt the store end to end with proper conversion tracking, then spent months testing creative against it. Dessert-scented, USA-made SPF, now stocked in retail including Marriott Florida and Amazon.

The store, rebuilt

Storefront, pop-ups, email funnel and ads, rebuilt as one system rather than four disconnected pieces. Conversion tracking went in first, because a site you cannot measure is a site you cannot improve.

IceCream Sunscreen homepage hero IceCream Sunscreen shop page IceCream Sunscreen lip balm range IceCream Sunscreen email capture pop-up IceCream Sunscreen retail and press logos

Every element above earns its place: the hero states the product in one line, the pop-up captures the visitor who is not ready, and the retail logos do the trust work that copy cannot.

The ad account

Over 100 creative variations tested across cold, retargeting and giveaway campaigns. CPM fell across the engagement and stayed down, while click-through held between 2 and 4.5%. On a paid social account that combination means the creative is doing the work rather than the budget.

What the account actually did

Blended from the campaign exports, in US dollars. CPM falls and stays down.
